Abstract

The academic record in higher artistic education leading to ofcial degrees is the ofcial document that collects the information related to the evaluation process of a student and includes the set of qualifcations and incidents throughout the studies, in the context of the organization of Spanish higher education in the European framework. At the end, the fle must refect a valid academic trajectory (access, enrollment, permanence and promotion) to prove that the student is in a position to obtain one of the Degrees (Bachelor or Master) in Higher Artistic Education, in compliance with the basic and regional regulations of application.

In this publication we will try to expose a practical case in which it is found that student's record from an authorized private center has not complied with some of the provisions established to be proposed for a Bachelor's degree by the public center of assignment but that this circumstance, because it is not due to a fact attributable to the student or to bad faith of the center but to an administrative error that can no longer be corrected by the centers, but it can be resolved by the competent authority in academic organization, considering this academic record as exceptionally valid.
