Abstract

Educational inclusion is a principle that has been collected, for years, in the great educational laws of our country. But the mere pronouncement of it, it is not a guarantee of

the application of measures that make it really effective. For this reason in this article, we start by talking about the legal and factual construction of educational inclusión in

the legal system of recent years.

Later, we analyze with evidence the effectiveness or not of the principle of educational inclusion over three collectives: women, the poor and people with disabilities.

As it could be verified, the incidence in them is diverse, so that while in the woman, although with some shadows and outstanding tasks, progressive improvement is

observed in their levels of educational inclusion, in the case of the poor and people with disabilities, it is observed that the developed policies have not achieved that the

principle of educational inclusion becomes effective for these groups. So that both groups, they move in a vicious circle and face an experience of educational failure and

exclusión. In short, while for women solving the dilemma leans toward inclusion, for the poor and people with disabilities, it does so, obviously, towards inequality.
