DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS: GUIDELINES AND JURISPRUDENCE

Abstract

The instruction of disciplinary procedures initiated against officials, always by agreement of the competent body, both in relation to teaching officials, as well as to those workers belonging to the administration and services staff of educational centers, as well as to the labor personnel who also provide their services. services in these centers, constitutes one of the tasks that the Education Inspection carries out on an ordinary basis, even with some frequency.
Since the 2020-2021 academic year, the General Subdirectorate of Educational Inspection of the Community of Madrid coordinates a team of inspectors in charge of the instruction of these disciplinary procedures. The experience acquired throughout these courses motivates the preparation and publication of this book or manual, which includes the guidelines, forms, schedules, legislation and jurisprudence that are considered essential and very useful in the instruction of these procedures.
