Abstract

In this same volume, we find a teaching innovation project, transversal to several subjects: Metrominuto.

Focusing on learning situations as a new methodological approach, it proposes a practical cross-subject interaction between several subjects, in a single activity centred on project-based learning, covering the subjects of Geography and History, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and Plastic, Visual and Audiovisual Education in the 3rd year of ESO.

At a time during the course, conveniently agreed between the teachers and taking into account the timing (week and a half) of the different subjects, the competences and objectives of the stage will be worked on. However, the proposed sequence of activities is sufficiently versatile, allowing for changes in both the sessions and the timing.

Developed in a specific area around the IES, in this case in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, this learning situation can be extrapolated to any region, which makes it a first class didactic resource.
