Abstract
La nueva ley de FP1 y su análisis. Una mirada técnica is an editorial project of USIE with the collaboration of EDITEX, in which, like its predecessor La LOMLOE y su análisis. Una mirada técnica, tries to provide anyone interested in vocational training, a rigorous and critical study of the main aspects and developments contained in the Organic Law 3/2022, of 31 March, on the Organization and Integration of Vocational Training.
More than twenty education inspectors from all over the country, with different positions of responsibility in their respective administrations, have collaborated in this work to unravel the articles of the law and make the reader discover, not only the intentionality of the legislator, but also to offer a retrospective approach, analyzing the background of this norm, as well as to prepare the reader to understand the next regulatory development and its implementation in vocational training centers.
