Abstract

This article will discuss one of the functions attributed to the education inspectors, which is to advise the different sectors of the educational community in the exercise of their rights and in the fulfillment of their obligations according to the Organic Law 3/2020, 9th December, for the Improvement of the Education Quality (onwards LOMLOE), art. 151-f.

Throughout the text, we will describe the different modalities of advice from the educative inspection. Likewise, we will expose the various areas on which the inspector can advise the members of the educational center that can be grouped in pedagogical-didactic, organizational and administrative matters.

We want to propose a reflection on the need to promote the advisory function of the inspector of education against the control function, proposing guidelines for action in the advice of the educational inspection to teachers who object to the advice.
