Abstract
The main rules related to the field of education published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) and in the official gazettes or bulletins of the different autonomous communities are here outlined. The reviewed texts go from to 1st. November 2021.to 25th January 2022. The rules related to the university level, as well as those that only refer to educational institution, entity or person has been excluded. In the same way, those rules referred to the inspection of education published on the websites of the different education Authorities have been included.
