Abstract

«LOMLOE and its analysis. A technical overview» was created with the aim of providing the different agents involved in the educational process with an analysis, from a descriptive, technical and critical perspective, of the main proposals contained in Organic Law 3/2020, of 29 December, which modifies Organic Law 3/2006, of 3 May, on Education (LOMLOE).

The book is the result of the contributions of education inspectors from different autonomous communities, who analyse the main blocks of the new Organic Law and do so from a technical and impartial point of view, the result of the study of the different theories of education, of the previous and current educational regulations and of the exercise of the supervisory function that gives them a privileged knowledge of the functioning of the education system, as they have first-hand knowledge of the functioning of classrooms, schools and the education system itself.

In addition to the analysis of the different blocks, the authors highlight the strengths and areas for improvement in each of them and make their own contributions with the aim of contributing to the improvement of the quality of our education system.
