Abstract
The current article tries to frame the self-evaluation of educational centres in the legal framework that supports it in the region of Andalusia, as well as establishing the link between the different planning documents in schools with those derived from the self-evaluation process: the self-evaluation memory and the improvement plans. Finally, it relates this process to the actions carried out by the Educational Inspection in Andalusia in their Plan of Action for 2019-2023, especially in the last two school years, paying specific attention to the irregularities and those aspects that can be improved and the legal and technical advice derived from them.
