Abstract
The CRA of Lozoyuela is a Learning Community (CdA) that implements the Successful Educational Actions (AEE) which increase academic results and improve coexistence regardless of the context in which they are applied.
In this article we highlight the Dialogic Model of Conflict Prevention and Resolution (MDPRC) as an effective way to eradicate any type of violence, especially Gender Violence (GBV) and Second Order Sexual Harassment (SOSH). This model, which surpasses previous models such as the punitive model and the mediatory model, has been able to reduce to zero the expulsions from our school and substantially reduce the intensity of conflicts in the last three years that we have been developing it according to quantitative data.
Its concrete implementation strategies such as «bystander intervention», generation of coexistence assemblies, opening of spaces for egalitarian dialogue, «Club de Valientes de Violencia 0» (CVV0), the creation of a community norm, among others, are contributing to the empowerment of courageous actions, solidarity and quality friendship among our students. These actions are having a positive social impact both in the improvement of their academic results and in a preventive socialization of gender violence.
