Abstract

Within the functions and attributions of the Educational Inspection highlights its role in defining the concepts of leadership and accountability, its definition and delimitation of evidence through supervision and evaluation. These constructs are frequently used in management team building documents and programs, as well as global educational reports. It is necessary, on the one hand, that this operationalization define its aspects clearly and allow its measurement, and, on the other hand, that methods and instruments are proposed that support both the work of the educational inspector and the specific figure of the school director differentiated from teachers and educational managers. , all within the existing regulatory framework.
