Abstract

Practical case related to a proposal to initiate disciplinary proceeding, for very serious offenses, committed by a teacher. Facts that denote a notorious breach of the essential functions inherent to his job and his entrusted functions, including open disobedience to the orders or instructions of his superior. All this occurs during the Covid confinement period (March-June 2020), when the teacher decides not to follow the guidelines set by his educational center when moving from face-to-face to on-line teaching, causing the total abandonment of the care and pedagogical monitoring of all his students.
