With the entry into effect of Organic Law 3/2020, of December 29, which modifies Organic Law 2/2006, of May 3, on Education, it appears in our legal system, for the first time in an organic law of education, the express mention of the principles of the Universal Design of learning in art. 4.3 of the LOE. For this reason, throughout the text we will review its origin, its essence, its meaning and its implications in the organization and function of education centres.
