Abstract
This book is, above all, a synthesis of practical experience in the field of teaching and management of organizations. It is also an invitation to individual reflection on some aspects of our daily lives, both personally and socially. It is indicated for those who have or may have the responsibility to lead others within the framework of state institutions, private enterprises, political parties, trade unions or any other cultural, sporting or social organization. It is also recommended to those who, as parents, have a responsibility to train their children and to guide them on the complex paths of life and relationships with others. The fundamental premise of this work is that, in order to lead and train people, it must be done from the personal example based on positive values, attitudes and behaviors. Only in this way is moral authority acquired, the basic support of true ethical leadership.
