Abstract
The current article tries to frame the advisory functions carried out by the Educational Inspection in Andalusia in the face of the new educational reality derived from COVID-19 within their Plan of Action for the 2020-201 school year, focusing on the Instructions and documents that must be taken as a basis for this purpose and which are distributed in two main types: those related to educational measures and those that place special emphasis on organizational and operational measures in schools, both to promote a classroom environment in schools and to adapt these aspects to blended or even distance teaching-learning in case of a new confinement. As a result, the advice carried out by the Inspection for the present school year, due to the continuous legal changes and the adjustment to a new context, is specially relevant, not only from the legal point of view but specially from a technical one, in which Inspection can provide an added value through their deep knowledge of the educational system.
