Abstract

Training of the management team members of a non-university educational center has been highlighted, in its already long history in our country, by different proposals that do not end up promoting the improvement goals in the exercise of school management that nowadays is so important to the educational system. Recent events have shown that a good school manager allows reaching and solving huge difficult situations The education centers will have to face great present and future challenges, which require specialized, committed and effective leaders.
