Abstract
The practical assumption is motivated by the complaint presented by the mother of a
student to the Inspection Service for the actions of the school center where her son studies:
his personal data were transferred to the parents association, AMPA without consent (by
transfering his data to the AMPA without his consent). As a result of the facts reported, the
reference inspector makes a report to clarify the facts.
