Abstract

The study presented has attempted to carry out a rigorous comparison of those
laws that the different education authorities have regulated to order the evaluation
processes, as well as the qualification, promotion and, where appropriate, titling of the
different stages and teachings during the last term. of the 2019/2020 academic year, as a
consequence of the health crisis suffered as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The ultimate objective is to show whether or not there has been a common
treatment to the administered regarding the certification of a fundamental right such as

the objective recognition of learning under the same conditions and approved
requirements, which will guarantee a minimum legal certainty and equal criteria.
