Abstract

Two objectives inspire this work, which derives from two realities that have an impact on education and therefore on the Education Inspectorate. The first reality is the massive and intensive incorporation of information and communication technologies in the educational scope. The second one is the social immersion in a stage in which everything is measured, concerning academic, intellectual and social life. Both of these realities provide enough motivation to set out two implications for the Education Inspectorate: the need to adapt to information and communication technologies, and an unavoidable specialization.
