Abstract

In this article we make a reviews about the current regulations regarding attention to diversity and, more specifically, the general and ordinary measures that can be applied to students, in order to overcome possible difficulties or delays that without constituting a need.specific permanent educational support, they do need a legislative benchmark that supports them and serves as a benchmark for their implementation.

We start from the analysis of state regulations until reaching the concretion that has been carried out in Andalusia, and at the same time it affects those aspects that may give rise to questions or doubts. Finally, a series of ideas and lines of work are offered for schools to specify their criteria, plans and care measures contextualized to their educational reality, and the work of supervision and advice of the Educational Inspectorate throughout t is process is emphasized.
