How far does the extension of the right to education go in a social and democratic state and right? What are the limits of the State? And those of the legal representatives?
What is the concept of freedom of education? How do you combine two fundamental rights such as education and freedom? These and other, not minor, issues are attempted
to focus on in this article, always from an eminently technical and professional position and under the prism of both the national and international legal system.
