Abstract

Exercising the pedagogical leadership of a school is one of the functions that are attributed to the management team of the same, more specifically to the figure of the director or director. To carry it out in an effective way, management must prioritize the pedagogical and organize the school so that the rest of the elements pervade this premise. Under this prism, the implementation of active methodologies is a determining factor in the improvement of the academic results and the climate of coexistence of the school. One of these methodologies is known as Project-Based Learning, which is based on learning by doing. However, the implementation of this and other active methodologies is a utopia if there is no change management that starts from the initiative of the management teams. This article aims to show an example of a management model that facilitates its implementation in a Primary and Early Childhood school.
