Abstract

For this or is it for inspection, would be our questions starting point for our topic, but above all the impact that it will have the educational inspection in the improvement of schools. We can distinguish different points of view in order to answer these questions that we ask ourselves, so we have the management teams, families, faculty and the school board.

For Teams, the inspection of education are to advise them and for which in some way will solve problems and act when necessary; for families, the inspection acts as a point of reference for legal guarantee in the center itself, the guarantor of quality teaching, effective leadership and quality and that in addition they can act as interlocurores in proposals that demand from their collective agreements.

For the faculty, is on the one hand, an external agent that goes through the inspection visit to check your work, but also at the same time, to advise it, to assist it in its daily in the teaching-learning process, which also act as mediators in possible conflicts in addition to raise their own demands.
