Abstract
The study case focuses on an educational inspector writing a report about a Secondary School whose Arrangement and Working rules have been modified by the School Board. The changes in those rules consist of allowing students who are minors and are studying futher education stages to exit the school over the school day –during the break time- if they have been authorized by their legal representatives
