RESUMEN
Se ha recopilado y clasificado las diferentes sentencias del Tribunal Supremo que, en materia de educación, se han resuelto durante el año 2016. La clasificación obedece a las diferentes tipologías propias de la sentencia en cuyo título se indica, ordenados por orden alfabético. Al igual, las diferentes sentencias se clasifican según fecha de resolución inversa, incluyendo el tipo de orden en el que se enmarca (civil, penal, contencioso-administrativo o social), y un resumen del acto.

ABSTRACT

Several sentences on Education handed down by the Supreme Court 2016 have been compiled and classified all along the year 2016. The classification has been developed according to the different own typologies of the sentences (title) and alphabetical order. Likewise, the sentences have been classified according to its resolution date, including the type of branch (civil, penal, contentious-administrative or social) as well as a summary of the act.
